Current Construction Activities

• Construction fencing and safety barriers have been installed, along with the contractor's job-site trailer.
• Electrical service is being relocated. This work requires demolition of a portion of the parking lot and driveway near the cafeteria and gym to install new underground electrical conduit.
• Demolition of the existing dining room has begun.
• The existing kitchen will remain operational until after the Parish Festival on September 12–13, allowing the festival to proceed as planned.

What's Next?

• Construction of the new dining room is the highest priority so the space can be returned to use by both the school and parish as soon as possible.
• Once approval is received from the City of Dallas, work will begin on a new sewer line that will connect the campus to the main sewer line near Military Parkway.
• Once the Parish Festival has concluded, demolition of the existing kitchen will begin, followed by construction of a new commercial kitchen. 

 What to Expect During Construction

Safety: The safety of our students, staff, and parishioners is our highest priority. Construction areas will be clearly marked and secured. 

Temporary Changes: Construction areas will be closed during the project. Some walkways, parking areas, and access points may change. Please follow all posted signs and directions from staff.
