What Is Microsoft 365?
Microsoft 365 is a cloud-based platform that includes essential tools for education:
- Word – Create and edit documents
- Excel – Organize data and build spreadsheets
- PowerPoint – Design presentations and visual projects
- OneNote – Take notes and organize ideas
- Teams – Collaborate with classmates and teachers in real time
All tools are accessible from any device with internet access, making learning flexible and mobile.

SPSA uses Microsoft 365 for Education, which is designed with student privacy and security in mind. All accounts are managed by the school and monitored to ensure a safe digital learning environment.
